Kitbag offers implementation of a SoW in multiple tiers (outlined below), and the SoW platform Kitbag uses has been built so clients are able to internally sustain and improve their SoW over time. However, Kitbag does also offer post-implementation improvement and assistance, meaning internal staff can remain focused on their work.  

All other service offerings from Kitbag are improved through the implementation and use of a SoW, as there is no more thorough or helpful basis for improvement than a foundational understanding of operations.
